How to Make Swiiyo Milk Tea (Hot & Iced)
Boba-shop milk tea at home takes about a minute. All you need is 3 tbsp (45 g) of Swiiyo milk tea powder, hot water and a good stir. Here's how to make Classic, Taro, Matcha or Rose Milk Tea, hot or iced.
Hot Milk Tea
3 tbsp (45 g) powder · 1 cup (8 oz) hot water
- Add 3 tbsp (45 g) of powder to a mug.
- Add 1 cup (8 oz / about 240 ml) of hot water.
- Stir well and enjoy.
Iced Milk Tea
3 tbsp (45 g) powder · ½ cup (4 oz) hot water · ice + cold water to 10 oz
- Add 3 tbsp (45 g) of powder to a glass.
- Add ½ cup (4 oz / about 120 ml) of hot water and stir until fully dissolved.
- Fill with ice and cold water to 10 oz (about 300 ml), stir and enjoy.
Tip: Always dissolve the powder in hot water first, even for iced drinks. It won't dissolve fully in cold water. For an even creamier cup, use hot milk instead of water.
