Payout Policy

All sales have a 30-day pending period before commissions are approved. Canceled or refunded orders are not eligible. Creators are independent contractors; we may request a W-9 and will issue a Form 1099 when the IRS reporting threshold is met.

Where Batch Zero Began

Swiiyo started backstage at New York Fashion Week in 2025 as AMP Boba, the drink you now know as #ProjectAMP. The name came later, from "sui-yo!", the Taiwanese word people said when a drink was handed to them.

Batch Zero is our first wave in North America, and we want to build it with the people who love it most: you.

Creator Program FAQ

Who can join?

Anyone 18 or older living in the US. There's no follower minimum.

How much can I earn?

15% of the order value (excluding taxes, shipping and discounts) on every order placed with your referral link or promo code.

What do my followers get?

5% off their order with your personal promo code.

When do I get paid?

Each sale has a 30-day pending period. Approved commissions are paid by the 15th of the following month once your balance reaches $30. Under $30? It rolls over to next month.

How do I get paid?

Via Venmo or Zelle. Add your payment details in your Creator Dashboard.

Do I need to disclose the partnership?

Yes. Per FTC guidelines, add #ad or #SwiiyoPartner whenever you share your link or code.

Can I use my own link or code?

Self-referrals, coupon-site postings and paid search ads on the Swiiyo brand name aren't eligible for commission.

What if an order is refunded?

Commissions on canceled or refunded orders are voided.

Do I need to file taxes?

Creators are independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes. We may request a W-9 and will issue a Form 1099 when the IRS reporting threshold is met.

I'm hosting an event. Is this the same as sponsorship?
