Swiiyo at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show: Our First Big Stage

This past June, Swiiyo made its debut at the Summer Fancy Food Show at Javits Center in New York City — three days, one booth, and more glow than we expected.

While our parent company Hojalicious has exhibited at Fancy Food for the third consecutive year, this was Swiiyo's first time stepping into the spotlight as its own brand. And we came ready.

A Booth That Stopped People in Their Tracks

From the moment we set up Booth #2344, we knew this wasn't going to be a quiet show. The pink checkerboard floor, the photo wall, the oversized dice, the little pink shopping cart — visitors walked in and immediately reached for their phones. "This is so cute" was something we heard more times than we could count. People didn't just stop by. They stayed, explored, and called their friends over.

For us, that was the first sign we were doing something right. Swiiyo has always believed that a drink should be worth photographing — and apparently, so does our booth

The Energy Station That Stole the Show

The centerpiece of our activation was the Swiiyo Energy Station — a custom gas pump where guests could fill up their own cup with real popping boba and fresh energy juice, then seal it on the spot with our canning machine.

What we didn't expect was just how much attention the canning machine itself would get. People were fascinated. We fielded more inquiries about the machine than we could keep up with — and at least one person asked if they could buy it outright. The station served around 200 cups per day, and every single one came with a moment of surprise when the boba popped.

That's exactly what Swiiyo is about. The pop. The unexpected delight. The moment you didn't see coming.

A Zero-Calorie Sparkling Water That Speaks for Itself

Our Beauty Sparkling Series — zero calories, zero sugar, made with Activin™ Grape Seed Extract and Vitamin C — was the quiet star of the tasting table. Visitor after visitor tried it and said the same thing: "This is actually really good." Not "interesting." Not "different." Good.

Available in Rose Lychee, Grape Passion Fruit, and Muscat Grape, our Beauty Sparkling is designed for the modern consumer who wants function without compromise — clean hydration with an antioxidant ingredient, no guilt attached.

For a functional sparkling water with zero calories and zero sugar, that reaction means everything.

Asian Functional Beverage, Built for the American Shelf

Swiiyo is a Taiwan-made brand rooted in Asian beverage culture — from our name, inspired by the Taiwanese exclamation "Sui-yo" (水唷), to our real popping boba inside every Energy Drink can. But we're designed for the American shelf, the American consumer, and the American lifestyle.

At Fancy Food, that story resonated. People understood immediately why Swiiyo is different from Monster or Red Bull — and why a zero-sugar boba energy drink with only 25 calories and 5 grams of sugar fills a gap no one else is filling.

Old Friends, New Energy

One of the most meaningful moments came when a returning Fancy Food visitor immediately recognized Hojalicious at our booth — not from a sign, but from memory. Three years of showing up builds that kind of trust.

Swiiyo may be a new brand, but the people behind it have been in this industry for years. And that trust travels.

What We Brought Home

Three days at the Summer Fancy Food Show isn't just about cups served and cards collected. It's about understanding what resonates, what surprises, and what people remember when they walk away.

Here's what we know now: people remember the booth. They remember the pop. They remember the taste. And they remember how it made them feel — which, if we did our job right, was energized, delighted, and just a little bit brighter.

That's the Swiiyo promise. And this show was just the beginning.
