Swiiyo at Beauty in Balance: Tech for Creatives

When creativity meets technology, the room needs the right energy.

On June 23rd, 2025, Swiiyo was proud to serve as the official beverage sponsor of Beauty in Balance: Tech for Creatives — an intimate, high-caliber panel held at TikTok's New York City headquarters in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.

From 6 to 8 PM, creators, founders, and industry leaders gathered at 151 W 42nd St to explore one of the most compelling questions shaping the modern creative economy: What happens when technology doesn't replace the artist — it amplifies them?

The Room

This wasn't a conference. It wasn't a networking happy hour. It was a curated conversation between people who are actively reshaping how creativity, culture, and technology intersect — held in one of the most iconic rooms in the media industry.

Hosted by Alisha Gupta, founder of Beauty in Balance, the panel brought together five voices who have collectively shaped platforms, built communities, and redefined what it means to have a creative career in 2025.

The panelists:

Alisha Gupta (@alisha_g9) — Founder of Beauty in Balance, a community platform dedicated to empowering multi-hyphenates to build businesses rooted in their passions.

Soniya Monga (@soniyamonga) — VP of Global Agency Sales at Pinterest, Shorty Awards leadership board member, and one of the most connected leaders in digital advertising, with experience spanning LinkedIn, Snap, and TikTok.

Karan SC (@karansc_) — Global Product Solutions Lead at YouTube Sports, with a career that spans TikTok, Peacock, and Paramount. A front-row witness to how content, culture, and technology are reshaping the way brands show up in the world.

Piper Phillips (@piperphillips) — NYC media entrepreneur, musician, and creator of the SELF-EMPLOYED interview series, dedicated to breaking down what building a non-traditional creative career actually looks like.

Tarini Sakhuja Walia (@tsakhuja_walia) — CEO of Brown Girl Magazine, the community-powered media company reshaping the narrative for the South Asian diaspora. She left a corporate career to build a platform that amplifies voices, challenges norms, and celebrates culture — and is turning it into a multi-million-dollar powerhouse.

Why Swiiyo Belonged in This Room

Swiiyo was built for exactly this kind of moment.

Not a sports arena. Not a gym floor. A room where the people changing culture come together to think, connect, and build — and where the energy in your hand should match the energy in the room.

Beauty in Balance is a community for multi-hyphenates: people who are creators and founders, artists and entrepreneurs, dreamers and builders at the same time. That is precisely the person Swiiyo was made for.

Our Beauty Sparkling series — zero calories, infused with Grape Seed Extract and Vitamin C — is designed for people who care about what goes into their body as much as they care about what they put out into the world. Light energy. Clean ingredients. A drink that belongs in your routine without disrupting it.

When Alisha reached out about sponsoring the event, the answer was immediate. This was our room.

The Energy in the Room

By the end of the evening, the drinks had gone so fast that the shelves were nearly empty.

Swiiyo's Beauty Sparkling lineup — Rose Lychee, Grape Passion Fruit, and Muscat Grape — lined the refreshment table as attendees arrived, mingled, and settled in for the panel. Within the two-hour event, the response was clear: the flavors resonated, the cans caught eyes, and the zero-calorie positioning landed naturally in a wellness-forward, aesthetics-conscious crowd.

As Alisha put it afterward: "Everyone LOVED the drinks."

That kind of feedback, in that kind of room, means everything to us.

What the Panel Was About

The conversation centered on a shift that is already underway: the collapse of the line between "artist" and "entrepreneur."

TikTok didn't just change how we consume content. It changed who gets to build a business. Digital portfolios became discoverable. Audiences became companies. The people who understood that early — the ones in that room — are the ones now leading the conversation.

From AI-powered design tools to digital storytelling platforms, the panel explored how technology is becoming the ultimate creative collaborator. Not a replacement. An amplifier.

For a brand like Swiiyo — rooted in the intersection of beauty, function, and lifestyle — this conversation felt deeply personal. We are building a beverage brand in an era where aesthetics, identity, and product are inseparable. The creators and founders in that room are navigating the same intersection every day.

Swiiyo and the Creator Economy

Events like Beauty in Balance remind us why we show up.

Swiiyo started with a belief: that the drink in your hand is part of your identity. That what you reach for at 3PM, before a panel, during a creative sprint, or after a Pilates class — it says something about who you are and how you want to feel.

We are building a brand for people who refuse to compromise on any of it. Energy without the crash. Beauty without the guilt. A drink that belongs in the room where the future is being made.

We are proud to support communities like Beauty in Balance, and the creators, founders, and multi-hyphenates who are building something real.

What's Next for Swiiyo

This summer, Swiiyo continues to show up at the intersections of culture, creativity, and lifestyle across New York City and beyond. From immersive art spaces to creator panels, we are building a presence in the rooms that matter.

If you want to bring Swiiyo to your next event, community, or creative space, we would love to connect.
