Section 1: Return Policy
7-Day Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 7-day return window from the day you receive your order. If you change your mind, we gladly accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original packaging. Please note: Because Swiiyo products are classified as food & beverages, for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the individual cans or ingredient pouches have been opened.
Section 2: Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Oops! Did your order take a bump?
If your Swiiyo arrived damaged (e.g., severely dented cans, leaks) or if we accidentally sent you the wrong flavor, please don't drink it! Snap a few photos of the items and the box within 48 hours of delivery, and reach out to our support team. We'll get a replacement or refund sorted out for you instantly.
Section 3: How to Start a Return
3 Simple Steps to Return:
- Reach Out: Email us at info@swiiyo.com with your order number.
- Pack it Up: Securely pack the unopened items (preferably in the original box).

Ship it Back: We’ll provide you with the return shipping instructions.
(Note: Return shipping is covered by us for damaged/incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.)

Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction.
